1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phjl11 ("phjl11," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phjl11.net. phjl11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of age, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending resolution.

3 Account Registration & KYC

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on phjl11. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information should any of it change.

phjl11 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be processed and may also be required before certain deposit thresholds are reached. Accepted KYC documents include, but are not limited to:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys ID), Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or Voter's ID for identity verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phjl11 — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and winnings — are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). phjl11 does not process transactions in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion fees are applied to player accounts.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phjl11 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited, and phjl11 reserves the right to withhold any pending withdrawal balance pending investigation:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.

8 Responsible Gaming

phjl11's total aggregate liability to you for any direct losses arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phjl11 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Suspension & Termination

phjl11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months.
• Any request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.

Upon account termination for cause, any bonus funds, promotional credits, and associated winnings in your account are subject to forfeiture. Real-money balances may be returned subject to the outcome of any investigation and compliance with applicable withdrawal verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting phjl11 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and withdrawal verification.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

phjl11 operates under PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction. Players who believe their dispute has not been resolved satisfactorily through phjl11's internal complaints process may also raise the matter with PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phjl11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, phjl11 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email notification to the address on file, an in-platform notification upon login, or a prominent announcement on phjl11.net.
